@virginmedia We were transferred because we going to get an engineer out to run a test but then that department hung up.

@virginmedia Yeah we did speed tests for the technical team on the app but they said all they could do was advise us to reset at the back using a pin but we’ve already tried this

@virginmedia Done that and spoke to the technical team who didn’t listen and passed me to customer services. Wired connection is better but you can only get connection within one room of the house
