A 100% increase in throttled speed. On paper it looks like it's just a huge thing. But in reality? It's not even the bare minimum. They say that it'll allow users to use the net without an issue even when throttled. Maybe, if it's just 1 person using it.

He was kind and gentle, and brightened up any space with his presence.
