@waitrose#canarywharf Really just wanted to say a massive thank you to the lovely staff who got me flowers when I badly sprained my ankle. I’ve been shopping there for 20 years and have seen and known some staff for over 10 years and too my children. Thank you again 💐

@NinjaKitchenUK Thank you for the clarification as I would have wanted a grey if it had existed. Anyhow @amazon replied and stated that the colour is “subjective and can be either charcoal grey or black” yet there description/pictures don’t state this which is very misleading consumers.
@AmazonHelp I was advised to do a return & you would send me the grey one.I said that I can’t find this in grey on any other site not even @NinjaKitchen. You then said that there would be an investigation. Other customers have complained about this error also & you haven’t made any changes.
@NinjaKitchenUK Thanks so much for the clarification as I have had issues with this due to @amazon@AmazonUK stating they have it in grey in there item description and pictures when in fact it doesn’t come in grey. This is very misleading for consumers & they have been informed and done nothing.

@DPDgroup_news Disappointed with the continued #poorcustomerservice. No return call from the manager on why the driver lied & dropped my #costco order to @sainsburys. I’m expected to collect with my baby & twins and carry up now 8 flights of stairs or sort this out with Costco

So and error made @Deliveroo means that I have to pay for it even though I was informed by an agent I will get a refund.Ive had to be chasing them down for over two weeks & was asked by the agents if I have there names, screenshot all to get my refund. #disgustingcustomerservice

So you said my delivery was yesterday after lieing that you couldn’t find my address @Hermesparcels . Then you changed it back to can’t deliver to my adress because you can’t find my address but you can deliver my other packages?!
