@PaulHowarthUK @DouglasJeremiah It is accurate. Most cars will run at 30 mph in 4th or 5th gear, at 20 mph 3rd gear, perhaps 2nd gear is required mean meaning the engine revs are higher. There are benefits of slower speeds in built up areas, but emissions are not likely to be one of them.
