I reached out to PayPal WHO DID NOT HAVE MY BACK and sided with the seller. The item was not what I ordered, and PayPal have left me high and dry. THE ONLY REASON I TOOK A RISK AND ORDERED THE ITEM WAS BECAUSE OF PAYPAL PROTECTION 2/4

@PayPal I am absolutely disgusted. I ordered an item that once it arrived, was substantially different to the images on social media / the companies website.
I reached out to the company who only responded once to ask for more information/ photos. I sent everything to them 1/4

@bt_uk we lost WIFI last Friday due to the storm. We were told it might not be restored until next Wednesday.
Two engineers were on my street from around 10am-5:45pm working tirelessly and it was restored today. Top class. 🙌🏼
