Hi, the Uk tv play app doesn’t seem to fully work on some of my iOS devices. It all seems to work fine on my iPhone but the iPad Pro and Apple TV 4K won’t launch/play any of the on demand/ catchup programs only the live stream? They’re all linked to same account?

@UKTVPlayHelp And if I click on an on demand show on the Apple TV I get a fraction of a second of the greyed out title of the selection and a spinning loading wheel followed by nothing happening.

@UKTVPlayHelp I don’t think it’s a recent iOS update as it hasn’t worked for me for ages but I only got bored enough to tweet you about it the other day, bit of an inconsequential first world problem really!

@UKTVPlayHelp But as every other on demand or streaming app works fine on these devices it seems odd that this is the only one that ‘partially’ works.

I’m not losing any sleep over it but it might be nice if it worked 👍

iPad is on iPadOS 17.0.3 model MQEY2B/A
Apple TV vis model A1842(64Gb) on tvOS 17.0

I reckon they’re both 5-6 years old.

I can watch what’s live on Dave through the app but if I click on demand shows nothing happens

@Dominos_UK pizzas still not here despite ‘pizza tracker’ saying it’s been delivered for getting on for 10 minutes. The Cambridge store is also not answering their phone to find out what is going on! Rubbish! I understand delays but why say it’s delivered and not answer phone?
