@TGE_LDNM Gary looks at a tax structure that’s survived generations of lawyers, accountants and HMRC scrutiny and thinks, ‘Nah, I’ve spotted the mistake.
@ThePrimeagen Since when is a transferable still, worse than something that requires no skill to get yet still does have a negative impact on how you’re perceived

Nailed it. Only potential improvement I can see would be making the ring rotate continuously, preferably fast enough that you can't see what any of the labels are.
My 'weekend project' involved crawling millions of jobs. As a hedge fund tech director, the insights are... not what the influencers tell you. Well worth a read:
@cmuratori You're quite correct, my apologies. As an aside of mildly interesting things: Azure Cosmos DB is at a glorious 0.08% of the market. Only 40 roles. The unfettered joy this brings me is immense. I truly, truly do feel for those 40 poor souls that will be working on it. I really do.
"XML Developer" (0.67%) - This is classic 'dinosaur tech,' a bit like COBOL's slightly more polished but equally ancient cousin. We're talking people who deal with XSDs, XSLT, and the SOAP services that some poor bugger cobbled together 15-20 years ago. Nobody wants to touch theses days, but these crazy legacy systems in finance, government, or healthcare absolutely cannot fail thus a role is born to keep them alive rather than try (and fail) to rewrite them into something else.
