The 'behaviour crisis'

I too have seen a post COVID deterioration in behaviour in schools (particularly secondary).
My thoughts and some strategies/mindsets I have found useful...

@SuziPow @RogersHistory I work at a school that had protests on Friday. We closed due to property damage and abuse to staff. I know I'm nervous about Monday, let alone the kids who are already scared from Friday 🙁

@DeputyGrocott I only use mine to defrost meat when I've forgotten to. Otherwise, I don't need one really. Porridge is best made on the stove and no-one needs to reheat a cuppa 🤢
