Meet Eddie Emilian from @HomeDepot who generously donated over 1,000 workshop kits to help our kids #make it through this time. Thanks to them, we will be including some low-tech activities along with our @BeavertonSD high tech chrome book deployments. Stay tuned!! #kidmadethings
@MikeMunski@Seesaw Encourage teachers to complete the Ambassador program (90 minutes), visit and browse the seesaw help center, follow seesaw on twitter, share/schedule an activity from the seesaw library. Play with the creation tools (images, videos, links, google slides/docs), Use announcements
@MikeMunski@Seesaw Important: Get families connected, teachers gradually move posting responsibilities to students, students commenting/liking requires explicit digital citizenship instruction, older students--connection to google drive, creation tools can be layered to show student thinking.
@SimonDebray1 would awesometable be able to sign a student data privacy agreement for a school district? It would get lots of exposure on the SDPC site.
Ss smiled ear to ear when they discovered a surprise video from their parents in their @Seesaw journal today! I ended every conference on a positive note! Parents created a message to tell their child how proud they are & to keep up the great work! #cbgroveland#culturize📱❤️👍
@dhabecker Good problem! I dug really deep (and failed) to recall the range of math necessary to complete this. Is there another way to confirm that r=1/2? It seems that r+ the hypotenuse of the small triangle should add up to square root of 3. I got r=1/square root of 3. I am rusty!!
My way of sharing resources with educators: Ignite Ideas. This edition focuses on Seesaw Resources and includes previous editions with tons of resources! #bsdfutureready#teacher#teaching#edtech https://t.co/zc16szG8Zh https://t.co/NW3wH2uFIl
Thanks to @Jordan_priestle for the @Seesaw Learning Progression idea. Here is an additional take on how teacher use might develop around the creation and interaction tools. #BSDFutureReady
