Nasscom announced the launch of the UK Forum in London at the Indian High Commission, in the presence of Kanishka Narayan, Minister for AI and Online Safety, UK Government, with participation from senior representatives across both governments and the technology industry.
The Forum will strengthen collaboration in AI, digital public infrastructure, skills, SME digital adoption, and responsible technology, aligned with the India–UK TSI and CETA objectives.
Rajesh Nambiar, President, Nasscom, highlighted the increasing convergence between the two digital economies and the opportunity for co-innovation.
The Forum brings together senior leaders from @hcltech, @HexawareGlobal, @Infosys, @LTIMindtreeOFCL, @Mastekltd, @TechMahindraIES, @TCS, and @Wipro to work with policymakers, enterprises, academia, and analysts on shared priorities.
Nasscom also released “Indian Tech Impacting the UK”, capturing the technology, R&D, talent, and community contributions of Indian firms. With bilateral trade at USD 56B and strong industry presence across both markets, the Forum creates a structured platform for deeper, industry-led partnership.

@Andrew007Uk@biztradegovuk@HabibRaihan87@UKinKolkata@KTRajan3 Apologies, I have just returned last week after my travels and am looking at the excellent photos taken at your place. I had a couple of good meetings later that week. Looking forward to deeper collaboration
My @biztradegovuk colleague @HabibRaihan87 & I met Sarvesh Kumar, CEO of @SingularInsight - his company was one of the Tech companies that visited Kolkata in late 2024. It is always good to see our visitors return to follow up on possibilities in the East and North East India.
Delighted to speak with my friend PM @Keir_Starmer. In a historic milestone, India and the UK have successfully concluded an ambitious and mutually beneficial Free Trade Agreement, along with a Double Contribution Convention. These landmark agreements will further deepen our Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, and catalyse trade, investment, growth, job creation, and innovation in both our economies. I look forward to welcoming PM Starmer to India soon.
