@benegotherit Baby corn requires things like peapods, carrots, tofu or some other protein and rice or ramen to be anything worthwhile. But my son absolutely loved them when he was little. When we'd get Chinese I always gave him all my baby corn. He devoured it. I'm more into snow peapods.
@growingoaks333 @carter_ae@bIondiewasabi My family has lived in hotels for a year because we don't have good enough credit to rent let alone buy. At this point we have spent our security deposit on extra expenses accrued through hotel living and are exhausted moving every 3 weeks to prevent residency establishment.
@mkraju $1,400 & 2,000 are both are woefully inadequate.
We are the MAJORITY! We can make payments retroactive or till the end of pandemic! We are arguing for scraps while 1% of ppl hoard EVERYTHING & use politicians to keep it that way. We need to fight back!
@KWintie Everyone ALWAYS get ticked off when I tell them r#ace isn't real. We aren't dogs. We don't have breeds. I suppose I must admit that the only ones who don't have #Neanderthal#DNA are from families who didn't leave Africa before the last millennium. That's real enough.
@TheRuleOfTwo@EPM1011 It cuts both ways. One young man called me "honky", kicking my chair hard for NO REASON while a small child slept in ny lap. I asked security, "What if I called him nigger?" He saw no ironic double standard, answering, "You can't say that!" He was completely serious (& stupid).
The COVID-relief bill that Congress will vote on today will help many, but goes nowhere near far enough. The Biden Administration, on day 1, must bring forth a major economic relief bill that addresses the severe economic pain of working families— including more direct payments.
@ErinBrockovich on @mtaibbi's @YouTube. She's an amazing #environmentaljustice educator, still watchdogging the @EPA like no one else does it. AND she gets better & better with every passing year. Who uses hexachromium & ass backward in the same sentence?

@DeuxFrances@grumbolio I was a libertarian one and I voted libertarian in the last election when my vote in Brooklyn for the Democrat was toilet paper after the primary.
