@smashNcraft @dieworkwear It comes down to cut and fit - he could get a 36S (or whatever his chest measurement is) jacket that is still quite traditionally cut. As a short guy, I feel like you can be made to look even smaller by clothes that are either too loose or too tight. Fit is key!
