#MarchAndMarch protesters are leaving a trail of destruction through Hillbrow and Yeoville. They've attacked nearly every residential building; smashing windows with rocks and burning homeless people's camps. #CarteBlanche
Apostle Talent Chiwenga raises very pertinent matters here. How can a #pastor reconcile receiving a car from #oligarchs and the same oligarchs pushing policies that destroy innocent and poor people's homes? How do you reconcile your joy for the cars versus empty hospitals
I want to thank @NetflixSA and @stainedglasstv_ for taking my story from print to film. This is such a surreal moment for me!!
#ThePolygamist is my debut novel, the book that got rejected by many publishers. So I took a bet on myself and self published. The bet paid off!!
Let's give one of our own heroes her flowers 💐 Sue Nyathi. My weekend was a blast watching her adaptation of her book The Polygamist on Netflix. In support Let's all stream it.
However it breaks my heart that Zimbabwe has massive talent but it goes to waste because of a corrupt and inept government. Now South Africa saw it befitting to act it out and they did a sterling job. Jealous down.
Imagine with prolific writers such as Sue Nyathi our own acting industry would flourish, we would feature on Netflix too. But hey we got GD6s. It doesn't matter. No?
Hundreds of youths in Matobo say they worked for months building schools, clinics and other public facilities ahead of Independence Day in Maphisa but are still unpaid.
Some say they were injured on duty, fed themselves, and are now being labelled “opposition” simply for asking for their

"My daughter is just 6 months old. Yesterday evening, I noticed she was rubbing her right ear and crying in a way I’ve never heard before. I thought maybe it was teething or a small earache, so I tried to comfort her, but the crying only got worse.
It was when I carried her under the light to check that my heart almost jumped out of my chest. One of her small earrings was missing. I searched the bed, the floor, her clothes everywhere! Then I looked closely at her ear. The tiny earring had somehow entered deep inside her ear canal. I don't know if she pulled it while playing or if it happened while she was sleeping. I tried to use a small torch to see, but the thing had gone in so far that I could only see a tiny glint of gold.
My husband and I rushed her to the nearby pharmacy, but the man there told us to go straight to the big hospital because the area is too delicate. He said if we try to pull it ourselves and it pushes further, it could damage her hearing for life.
Throughout the night, I couldn't sleep. I was just praying, 'God, this is the only daughter you gave me. Please don't let this be the end of her hearing.' My baby was restless, just whimpering in pain. This morning, as we were getting ready to head to the specialist hospital, I carried her to backing her. Suddenly, she let out a very loud, forceful sneeze the kind that shakes a baby's whole body. As she sneezed, I heard something tiny drop on the tiled floor.
Ting!
I looked down, and there it was. The gold earring had come out on its own! No surgery, no long needles, no doctor’s bill. Just a simple sneeze from a 6-month-old baby and the Great Physician did the work.
I am crying as I type this. What the doctors were calling a 'delicate procedure,' God handled with a common sneeze. Please help me thank this Big God. He is too faithful to fail!
I just want to return all the glory to God for what He did for my family this morning. My heart is still beating fast, but I had to share this testimony so that someone will know that God is still on the throne"
“EVERYONE. This man came into my yard a couple of hours ago and offered to cut my grass for a certain price. I didn’t have enough money today to afford that on top of everything else, and I told him to come back in a week. A few minutes ago, I heard a loud noise outside of my house. I opened the door and noticed that he was cutting my grass. I went running out to him and yelled for him to stop... he shook his head no. He told me that he saw my kids playing in the yard and was worried about snakes being in the grass and biting them because the grass was too tall. I again told him to stop because I couldn’t pay him. He said that he didn’t need to be paid, he had grandchildren, and that he hoped someone would look after them in the same way. I was brought to tears. I hugged him. We talked about different struggles we’ve had in life, and he told me that this is what the news doesn’t report. He told me the news doesn’t report the black neighbor helping out the white neighbor because it isn’t good for the network to make money. I told him that he has a good heart. I told him I wish more people on earth were like him. We hugged again. He is still outside cutting my grass, and it’s dark now. I am so grateful to have him as a new friend. His name is Johnny, and he lives in Taylors, South Carolina. He cut my grass for free tonight because he was worried about my children playing outside in the tall grass. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves”
