We live in an extroverted world and whether we like it or not as introverts we have to break out of our shells from time to time. We have to 'fake it.'
Since the Covid situation began I have made a conscious effort to at the very least have a clean space. Not in a Kondo way but just a way that feels good and I want to stay here as opposed to escaping to the big bad "outside."

This is an interesting one. I’m not sure what to make of it. People do like to say “be yourself” or “just be confident.” It is nice but is it appropriate advice?

Why do people say, “if you want to get a beer/coffee etc sometime, give me a call.”? Why don’t they just invite you then and there for the beer or coffee? Why are you putting it on me? I don’t get it.
To be most effective as an #introvert, I have discovered that not only do I need some alone time to do my day to day work, I also need some time to relax and recharge.
