Hey @Manju_manchiDIL ,
Here is a thread to uncover the agenda of fake profiles like you and the misinformation #propaganda that has been carrying out in Andhra Pradesh since 2017 by the likes of divisive, polarised PACs & their hired smart asses. 1/n
@Venkat_karmuru The whole process is for 2.75 acres of lawful Acquisition. That too after giving a fair choice for LPS for many years and then following R&R Act to the dot.
After passing the award, what right does a land owner have on the land? Don't you acknowledge the law of the land ?
@ChalapathiYsj Chandrababu ni nammukunte LPS lo bhoomi ichchi Plots teesukune vallu. or Bhoomi ikkada ammukuni inkekkadyna konukkune vaalllu. Watch her husband says on live that he is waiting to sell the land for a great price.
One person's greed should not stop the development, esp E3 Road.
@Aptwincities And meeku telusu, it is difficult to get 1 sq yard under 25,000 in Amaravati right now. In few areas it is on the upside of 45-60k per sq yard.
@Aptwincities As per govt records, Per Acre price would be not more than 50-60 Lakhs. R&R act mandates the average of top 30% sales in that village in last 3 years as the base price. ( 2.5 x base)
But if you see the SRO's per sq yard price, it is 5500 per sq yard. 2,62,00,000/4840 = 5500/-

@Aptwincities@ncbn@PrajaRajadhani But the whole point is, govt is following the R&R Act to the point and courts are too not stalling by providing interim-stay to the aggrieved troublemakers. So it's an indication to non LPS participants to either sell or receive the returnable plots through LPS.
Today's Undavalli land acquisition re-iterates one time tested theory. Few sick people would bait vulnerable people with unrealistic riches, weaponising their greed and desperation for political purposes - it is ordinary families who eventually pay the price.
@Aptwincities@ncbn@PrajaRajadhani Yes, it is only partial acquisition for E3 Seed access. Total 10.5 acres were notified while 8 acres are pooled after and remaining were too greedy listening to one local individual's false promises and greed to sell the acre at 10 crores while the market rate stagnated at 6cr.
@nalamotu Ofcourse Tadepalli land records are super messy since a century. So saddening to see encroachments over canal's irrigation lands ( and yet govts recognizing objectionable encroachments ) and Bund which is 120 feet was occupied, built houses and narrowed it down to mere 30-40 feet
@nalamotu Academically I'm curious to know, How and When does a GP land becomes a GD? Survey Nos 223 & 226 are recorded as Govt Poramboke and as Railway land during 1904 Resettlement Survey (RSR)
And Google Earth imaging across decades show no agricultural activity. Is he being misguided?
@Aptwincities If the operational capacities are low, the grid argument is weakened. ( ofcourse bad for investment or infrastructure).
I think AP should move quickly on SMR. Its cleanest sustainable energy. Probably 300MW costs less than 10k crores.
@Aptwincities They interconnect and end up paying less to network bandwidth and maximize profits or offer customers a better per-bit delivery cost and also low latency.
Take India's biggest DCs in Mumbai webworks, STT, Ctrls all are interconnected over private exchanges or over dark fiber
@Aptwincities Sure, true. DC concentration is one thing and redundancy is another.
Google has a policy of having redundancy within 100 kms. Technically, at least 2 DC facilities.
DC concentration is very advantageous especially when there is a CLS facility. DCs cross connect with each other
