Skin brightening, lightening and bleaching are 3 totally different things. The only unacceptable one is bleaching.
That someone’s skin looks brighter or one shade lighter doesn’t mean they are bleaching. I’ve done a thread before to explain the difference.
Drink water first thing in the day
It doesn't really matter if you brush your teeth after breakfast, always brush twice a day
Don't rinse after brushing, just spit out the excess foam from the toothpaste, So the fluoride can act on your teeth
Brush for at least 2 minutes
If you constantly itch after bathing, a few tips that can help:
. Use boiled, warm water
. Don't scrub your skin with a sponge
. Add some baby oil to the bathing water
. Don't use antiseptics
Sometimes the itching might be due to a medical condition, see a doctor if it persists
These are my bodycare secrets, I hope this helps someone! Two tips I forgot to add are: wear perfume to bed & use skincare products on your body when they are close to expiring (both tips I learnt from @sknperfct )
