Ordered a large appliance from @Appliance_group but was informed on 20/06/21 that I wouldn’t receive until August, requested a cancellation on the order and a refund, this was agreed but am still waiting for money, a refund should not take 3 weeks, disappointed with service.

@easyJet @OntheBeachUK easyJet confirmed on 19/05/20 that they had refunded on the beach our flight money, easyJet also confirmed refund of extra luggage and seats which I have received, on the beach tell me they haven’t received the rest 🤔🤥
