What kind of customer service is this?

My SpiceJet flight Dubai–Mumbai–Gorakhpur was cancelled by the airline.

I was initially informed that the refund was expected by 4 October, and now I am being told it may take until 28 October.

I have already sent 2–3 emails to SpiceJet and the concerned parties, yet there has been no proper response or clear refund status.

SpiceJet's own published policy mentions refund processing timelines for tickets booked through travel agencies/online portals.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing customer experience. Why should a passenger keep chasing an airline and travel portal for their own money after an airline cancellation?

@DGCAIndia @airsewa — PLEASE INTERVENE and ensure my eligible refund is processed without further delay.

If this remains unresolved, I will pursue all available consumer and legal remedies before the appropriate authorities/forums and will take the matter as far as legally permissible.
