Just released a snapshot investment report on
@eXoZymes $EXOZ ๐ฌ๐งช๐
It covers the latest key developments and a speculative roadmap with market cap projections until 2028

If you missed my inital report, this post offers a fantastic investment intro
Hey mate, thanks for the follow-up! That's not entirely correct... MDB's wording of the deal terms is confusing and I have since confirmed the following with the company:
UNIT STRUCTURE
You are buying a 'unit' which contains 2 shares and 1 warrant.
The price of each unit is 2 x the 5-day share VWAP. So lets say the 5-day share VWAP is $9.95, then a unit would cost $19.90.
To raise the $6m via the unit structure, eXoZymes would issue 301,507 units... therefore issuing 603,014 shares and 301,507 warrants.
In this VWAP example, the warrants would have a strike price of $12.43 (125%). If all warrants are converted, it would raise an additional $3,747,732.
So, in combination, eXoZymes would raise just shy of $10m via the immediate $6m share issuance and future $3.7m warrant conversion
Again, I have had this confirmed by MDB. Will have to wait and see where the 5-day VWAP ends up next week to confirm the exact figures!
The next major catalyst for $EXOZ is its NCT human-use studies
Positive indications won't just validate a single product, they will reveal the true extent of @eXoZymes near-term investment opportunity
Preclinical NCT mouse models have already shown impressive effects on liver fat, mitochondrial function and metabolic health, including a 30% reduction in body weight
With @eXoZymes' demonstrated ability to produce <99% pharmaceutical grade NCT, translation of prior mouse studies into humans would provide decisive validation for:
โ NCT as a world-class compound entering a 100B+ metabolic health and longevity wellness market
โ NCTx, the company's spinโout entity, which holds the commercial rights and is driving near-term OTC revenues
โ eXoZymes' NCT Pharma Analog program, which is developing more potent, patent-protected drug candidates for some of the world's most valuable disease markets
With human use studies currently underway, the market could receive its answers as soon as Q3 2026
If the human data confirms what preclinical work has already suggested, investors won't just be looking at another "milestone"... they'll be looking at a major reโrating in $EXOZ shares
A defining milestone for $IVZ and the Cabora Bassa Project, with the PPSA now executed with the Republic of Zimbabwe, establishing a clear framework for long-term development.
With this in place, focus now moves to the Musuma-1 exploration well, targeting spud in H2 2026.

Whether you call it a 'Pick and Shovel Play' or a 'Platform of Platforms', @eXoZymes is building one of the most compelling Stacked Valuation Strategies on NASDAQ today
Every new compound $EXOZ develops unlocks another independently measurable revenue stream, adding another layer of value to the platform behind it all
Instead of a single binary biotech bet, shareholders own a stake in a compounding engine built to generate more value, more upside and more long-term returns with every success
With 30+ compounds in its Idea Management System, the runway ahead is enormous
1. No, I don't have any concerns towards the current capital raise.
2. As I stated previously, the $10-15 million will provide eXoZymes with 12 months of runway. I agree, the current trading volume is low and that is mostly a product of the limited market awareness towards the company.
However, come Q2 2027 numerous milestones will have been ticked off, including but not limited to:
- NCT Human-use studies
- NCT CDMO tech transfer
- NCT OTC global sales partnerships
- NCT OTC commercial launch
- NCT Pharma partnerships
- Possible NCT Pharma FDA IND application
- Cannabinoid Pharma partnerships
- Launch of additional undisclosed compounds
So with 12-months runway from the capital raise (not including additional grant funding) along with the above milestones ticked off, both the share price and trading volume should have a dramatic rerate... especially from the NCT & Cannabinoid pharma partnerships, with which eXoZymes has stated they are in discussions with some of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.
I'd recommend listening to the following presentation by the company - https://t.co/g4KaxwukfB
The company is currently raising $10-15 million via @MDBCapital. This should close within the next two weeks so no concerns there.
Given that their annual burn rate is ~ $10m, the funding will provide them with 12 months of clearance. Expecting to receive additional grants along with the first revenues from their NCT OTC launch.
Plenty of catalysts coming up in Q3 and with their ATM facility, they can tap into public markets are well
While @exozymesโ NCT and cannabinoid-like programs are likely to become standalone multi-billion dollar opportunities, their commercial launch ultimately serves a greater purpose... validating the company's cell-free biomanufacturing platform
This is just the first turn of eXoZymesโ flywheel engine!
Most biotech companies are built around a single asset, where success or failure depends on a binary outcome. @eXoZymes is different... the company is designed to repeatedly create, validate and scale high-value compounds across nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals and beyond
eXoZymes' flywheel works like this:
โ Each compound validates the platform's capabilities
โ Validation attracts partners and licensing deals
โ Each new deal expands the revenue base
โ Revenue accelerates future compound launches
Already, @eXoZymes has 30+ high-impact compounds in its pipeline and is seeing growing interest from pharmaceutical partners
With the two initial programs targeting a combined TAM of $200B, these are not isolated opportunities... they represent the first turns of a continuous flywheel, compounding value back to $EXOZ shareholders
In this episode, Tyler Korman, Chief Scientific Officer and Co-Founder of eXoZymes, explains how AI-enhanced, cell-free enzyme technology could transform the future.

Nearly a year ago, @eXoZymes introduced NCTx to the world at the @SynBioBeta conference. Could we see another big announcement at this year's event?
Soon after, $EXOZ will have their Q1 Investor Call, so there's plenty to look forward to! ๐

@eXoZymes@Perriman Yet another great episode!
The awareness surrounding NCTx, eXoZymes and its cell-free biomanufacturing technology is starting to build momentum
@RugbyFan2021@eXoZymes@villagevoice@michaelfrazis 50% of GLP-1 users discontinue within a year and most regain the weight they lost...
An NCT metabolic transition and maintenance product would be an enormous opportunity and NCTx (@exozymes) seems positioned to capture a significant share of it
Looking forward to @eXoZymes NCTx's Human Use Studies this QUARTER & their Pharmaceutical Analogues preclinical program in H2 2026
If the science proves out, the opportunity here is massive. 1.4+ billion people worldwide are affected by obesity, diabetes & metabolic dysfunction
From The @villagevoice: The Metabolic Engine - How Scientists Are Exploring a New Path Beyond GLP-1 Weight-Loss Drugs
Americaโs weight-loss conversation has changed almost overnight. Prescription drugs once reserved for diabetes treatment are now household names, promising dramatic results on the scale. Many therapies currently available focus on reducing appetite or limiting calorie intake, which can certainly lead to weight loss. Yet those solutions often address the symptom rather than the deeper metabolic engine driving the condition.
Interest is growing around strategies that target the bodyโs internal energy system itself. Instead of simply telling the body to eat less, researchers are investigating ways to improve how the body burns energy, processes fat, and maintains metabolic balance. That shift in thinking has opened the door to a small but intriguing molecule known as N-trans-Caffeoyltyramine, or NCT.
