@Matalan really disappointed that I was told I could get a refund if I brought in bank statement (as I lost my receipt) and now told they can't do that. Crazy that you don't email your receipts anyway. Now stuck with items I can't use and ยฃ50 out of pocket! ๐ก
@GWRHelp@DsTrains Well it's just not good enough. Waited for well over an hour for a train (waited outside then inside) trains delayed. Ruined our evening. Appalling service.
@DsTrains@GWRHelp Whatever they did wasn't good enough for the amount of people needing transport. A huge event and should be better planned. Big events all over country are managed better but this has been a joke.
@DsTrains@GWRHelp Yes that's why we couldn't get on the platform. One employee told us it's the same every year and they asked for more trains but we're told they couldn't have them. Has totally ruined our evening ๐
Utterly ridiculous! Queuing in the rain to get into train station let alone on the train!! Weston carnival tonight you'd think @GWRHelp would have put on more trains! Kids, elderly - this situation is a joke!
