@BamaBass Dude, I'm loving the lifts. Deadlift are such a great whole body exercise. I'm 48 an want to redo my past glory in 20 months by deadlifting 505 on my 50th birthday. I know you are on a weight loss journey, but do you have a deadlift lift goal or smaller benchmarks?
