Giving up means going somewhere else. I had the same issue years ago to a very short and narrow strip in Scotland with a huge balloon and then windshear coming over trees at the end of the runway. I got it down on the 3rd attempt otherwise would have gone to my alternate for a strong coffee!!

@deanerimerman @DJSnM Even with out GPS (which you don't technically need anyway) the rest of the instruments would have worked just fine. The GPS jamming was NOTAM'd according to the article, so shouldn't have been a contributary cause.
