This is their response: '...(Expedia) will need to submit the refund request to United via the BSP Link by issuing a refund application. I've attached a screenshot of the original email. @united
It looks like the refund is stuck between the systems of the two companies. Either way, I have not got any refund. Can you find out EXACTLY what United needs in order to release the funds?
Thanks!
@united
Expedia has in fact contacted United to do this, several times (see second screenshot for an example), but the response from UA has been exactly the same preformatted message. @united
Hello @ExpediaHelp I've been trying since Jan to get a refund for United Airline flights I bought via you - itinerary no. 72746582099696. United says they cannot refund the amount because they did not issue the ticket. @united
@NJPitchford Hmm. Wretched creatures, for the most part, although they are beautiful. We’ve swapped- I’m in the PNW heading to Point Reyes. No foxes, but deer, gophers, chipmunks. And - to my delight - what I am sure was a skunk!
@IrishTimesHist @dedalusdenaries Lovely story. Here's a young John Hemmingway (known as 'Paddy' - of course!). I came across this wonderful photo years ago when I was reading about Yeats' original Irish Airman, Robert Gregory.

@IanDunt This is because of a coalition initiative named Digital by Default led by Government Digital Services (part of Cabinet Office). GDS transformed the way the government interacts with citizens online . Led by a charismatic genius called Mike Bracken. @MTBracken
