My responsibilities as the Pastor's Wife are right there in there title...
Be the pastor's wife.
My responsibility is to support him, listen to him, protect him, love him
That's it
It's that simple
That's all it should be
If you think something different, I'll disappoint you
@Mrs_Puns The only positive I've seen from Zoom meetings is not having the set-up, put away and drive time, so even if the meeting goes late, at least he can just come upstairs when its done!
@NewEveryMornin3 We have shown up too. We aren't at home sitting on out butts doing nothing.
I'm not trying to discredit what these workers have done, but there is a difference between 30+ people in a 30x30 room for 45 minutes and a socially distanced, plexiglass protected checkout line.
We go back to in person, f2f, full capacity next week
30 kids in my classroom at a time
I already feel claustrophobic
And I'm nervous as we can't social distance and no one is vaccinated
Like, couldn't the District wait just a >little< longer so teachers can be vaccinated?
Go figure that my history lesson today was about the French Revolution and Napoleon's coup to overthrow the Directory and seize power. π€¦ββοΈ

Today is a hard day to be a Social Studies teacher.
How do I explain to students what has/is happening when I can't wrap my mind around it myself?

So many have placed so much hope in the calendar change to 2021.
My prayer is that instead, you place your hope in God, the one who created the days!
I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him.
