Love doing photogrammetry and wanted to learn how to do it via a drone. Ended up buying an Autel Evo Pro 2 and started teaching myself how to fly it. Had it up for the first time today and it felt amazing. Huge first step

Tweaked a few things and really liking the rain/water function. Need to do RGBA masking using the 2nd UV channel for the wood and then will be ready to get everything in engine. Can't freaking believe it.

Material function that I'm working on in Unreal modded from several tutorials I found. Has rain drops/puddles, damp areas surrounding, dry areas with the crevasses appearing damp. and ability to make it looks more porous, which is good for wood/concrete. Still ways to go with it.

...a lot more on my free time. Finally saved up for a decent camera and look at start scanning stuff around me. Wanna do mostly urban assets instead of natural. Look forward to showing everybody the results from that! <3

Sry for not being on as much. Work has been keeping me super busy and honestly haven't been working on personal projects. Doing traditional modeling on my own on top of what I do at work would be too much.

Because of that, really do wanna focus on photogrammetry...

Lol well, almost setup xD. My parents were holding a bunch of stuff for me until I got moved. Got that stuff from them yesterday.

The box with my computer stuff (tablet, mouse etc) got separated from everything else. They're going to mail that stuff to me. Another delay xD
