Habitat fragmentation is a big threat to biodiversity worldwide. In the Gobi Desert, @WCS_Mongolia studies its effect on wildlife. They also work with nomadic herders (here recently placing GPS collars on livestock) to understand how fenced railways impact livestock and people.
