I’ve tried a factory reset, new batteries, rebooted phones/Wi-Fi, forced 2.4GHz, tried Bluetooth-only, and even tested a second iPhone with the same result. Any help would be appreciated.
@Withings Hi @WithingsSupport — I’m having trouble setting up a new Thermo and already opened support request #2917083. The app detects the Thermo, but setup fails during the “Get Started” screen and the Thermo shows an X before even reaching Wi-Fi setup.
