@willow_peck @preoch010 Well if you want the BUS grant MCS has minimum standards (not that I agree they are good enough standards) and those standards don't require a perfect install to achieve with any modern heat pump. Noise isn't the issue its made out to be unless the install/settings are very poor

@willow_peck @preoch010 The tech works, it's improper installation and setup that's the problem. Not really surprising given that most installers are new to the technology. And some just want to horse them in and take your money, a phenomenon not exclusive to heat pumps
