Raised serious concerns over India’s weaponization of water & violations of the Indus Waters Treaty, threatening 240 million lives, particularly climate-stressed and climate-vulnerable populations which is violation of UN charter. Warned against India’s attempt to impose a “new abnormal” where nameless, faceless non-state actors trigger war through terror incidents.
