Hey @Se_Railway is this really an ok way for people to travel, especially when the return fare on this route is over £80?? Not just standing, but packed like sardines; because only half the 12-coach train is in service, so we’re all crammed into the 6-coach part during rush hour.

Hi @Eurostar. Despite 4 messages from me via your “help” functionality and this tweet conversation, I still do not have the refund that you have now owed me for 2+ months. I’m fed up of waiting. Pls address your poor customer service, and reimburse me for the train you cancelled.
Hi @Eurostar, is your customer service team going to get back to me? After you cancelled my Paris-London train with 2 hrs notice, I requested a refund as directed. But you refunded me £50 too little - and now nobody’s got back to my enquiry. Very disreputable service all round.
