Day 3 of the #SolvingFCB initial meeting & workshop. The final day includes action and business plans, governance plans, project branding and comms strategy, and capacity building.
Dr. Rashid Sumaila (@DrRashidSumaila) moderates the @SolvingFCB discussion, highlighting that the project is looking at issues from around the world (though unfortunately, the speakers from China were unable to attend).
Our first #SolvingFCB meeting is taking place at @UBC this week. An interdisciplinary group of 30+ scientists from around the world is meeting to develop strategies, procedures and tools to address the interactions between FCB and other sustainability challenges.
Recently, @effectH2020, @contracts2_0 and @ProjectConsole organized a Dutch stakeholder workshop. We exchanged results & #futureperspectives with stakeholders from science, policy, and practice. An inspiring and insightful workshop that showed the complementarity of the projects!
