4. Design a path to fix those things.
5. Push through to results.

This is what I call looping. Go for your goals, identify your problems, get to the root cause, design a path, and push through. Life is basically just doing that over and over again. If you do that, you'll make the advances.

Today, I am thinking of Sheika Moza, one of the most influential and strongest leaders, as she lost her husband and partner.

I still remember an interview she did, where she talked about how they are partners.

They built so many amazing institutions together, went through upheavals, made huge transformations for their country and the region.

We can agree or disagree on Qatari policies and regional politics, but I don't think we can disagree that they modeled publically an amazing marriage between equals.
