@samsmom83 @ichthys30 I have all of that except the degree, and 20 years in Java full stack plus 8 years in data engineering and AWS devops/terraform. But of course I get disqualified for having started my career with on the job training rather than completing the degree.
@Frooxius Sunlight, walks, good food, cuddle friends, sleep a lot. Get away from the pc for a while. Breathe. Remember who you are outside of tech. You’re real, and your feelings and life matter. Solutions will be easier to discover or create once you recharge. Look at trees and stars.
@buttplugio How has nobody asked for Ark yet?! I have the devkit and made a really trivial structure mod, but I am nowhere near the skill level to reliably intercept activity events like harvesting and fighting. Or build a UI for the thing. There are a couple of nudity mods already.
@ARKAscendedNews Third person hit box on dilos and dodos needs to be fixed. Map feels unrefined - lots of areas that used to be interesting now feel very same-y because it's all just forest and rock. Variety is missing. New sky loot crates are worthwhile. Some crates are buggy locations.
@buttplugio There’s definitely a group of friends somewhere who would make the game haptics a shared group experience… quite possibly mixed with recreational substances. The question is, just how many devices ARE supported by a single broadcast?
@cyb3rops I end up with cat file | grep keyword1 | grep -v unwantedThing | grep -v unwantedThing2 | grep -v unwantedThing3 | grep -n actualGoal
By the time I am iterating on all that, I am pretty happy that I started with cat and could iterate.
I open-sourced the portable menu/panel prefab I use in my "1969 house pool" and my future Tycoon world.

@buttplugio To be true to the art, the funscript patterns should also be procedurally generated. Also you might want to check out https://t.co/28o2smke8U if you enjoy procedural art and size-coded music + visuals.
@buttplugio One style of development is to write the docs first, and then the test cases, and then the API. I find I still have to handle all three at once but the mindset sometimes helps.
