MORTGAGES LEGAL ALERT: The High Court of Uganda has held that in deserving cases, the requirement for a spouse to deposit 30% of the amount in dispute where the
property about to be sold by the mortgagee is a matrimonial home, can be waived by Court in deserving cases.
