400 kids is no excuse. My youngest is at a school with over 600 kids. His head has built rapport with the kids, got to know them. & the school’s better for it. (We were lucky!)

But what classes as “disruptive behaviour”?

I wouldn’t be surprised if there were a crack-down on “other” as a reason, and the majority were put down as “disruptive behaviour”
