My life got a lot better when I viewed every problem as a skill issue. Out of shape? Skill issue. Ugly bank account? Skill issue. Anxious thoughts? Skill issue. I affirmed to myself these would go away if I got better. And magically, they did, once “I” did.
His new protocol had seven moving parts:
• Zone 2 cardio
• Sauna
• Intermittent fasting
• Cold exposure
• Stress training
• Protected sleep
• Meditation and connection
Every one of them is backed by peer-reviewed science.
Stanford paid 35,000 people to quit Facebook and Instagram for 6 weeks
Depression dropped. Anxiety dropped. Happiness went up. Women under 25 on Instagram saw the biggest gains
That was 6 weeks. I'm going a full year.

If I were 30,
I would get brutally honest with myself.
I would audit my life like a failing business. What is working? What is wasting time? What is quietly destroying me?
Then I would cut them ruthlessly.
At 30, you don’t have the luxury of pretending anymore. You’ve seen enough life to know that effort without direction is just exhaustion.
I would pick one path and go all in.
Not picking 10 hustles and no scattered energy. Just one clear, high-income, high-leverage skill and I would obsess over it until it pays me.
I would fix my relationship with money.
Will no more impress people or run a fake lifestyle. Every dime would have a purpose: survival, investment, or growth.
I would build discipline like my life depends on it, because it actually does.
Wake up when I say I will and do what I said I would do. Especially when I don’t feel like it.
I would protect my environment from because wrong friends can delay your life by 10 years. The right ones can accelerate it in 2.
I would take my health seriously because what is the point of money if your body is already negotiating with sickness?
I would stop chasing validation….
At 30, clout is expensive and empty but respect is quiet and earned.
I would start thinking long-term.
Not just “how do I make money?” but “how do I build something that still pays me at 40, 50, even when I’m tired?”
And most importantly….
I would move with urgency because the scariest thing about turning 30 is not age.
It’s realizing how fast 40 is coming.
If I were 30, I wouldn’t panic but I definitely wouldn’t play.

Good day,
I am a nurse based in the Philippines, and I am currently experiencing an issue with my pre-employment medical examination conducted at a facility in this country. Despite being physically and mentally fit, they have declined to issue a “Fitness to Work” certificate.
I am posting this in the hope of connecting with Filipino or Pinoy nurses living with HIV (PLHIV) who are currently working in Germany. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak with them, even anonymously (e.g., via Telegram or Twitter), to gain insights into the medical requirements, work processes, and other relevant experiences.
This guidance would be very helpful for me as I navigate this situation.
Thank you very much
