7 ก.ค. 2568 ที่เรือนจำพิเศษกรุงเทพฯ ทนายความได้เข้าเยี่ยมอานนท์ นำภา ที่ถูกคุมขังในระหว่างอุทธรณ์คดีมาตรา 112 และคดีอื่น ๆ รวมกัน 10 คดี หลังศาลมีคำพิพากษาชั้นต้นออกมา และยังไม่อนุญาตให้ประกันตัวระหว่างอุทธรณ์คดี จนปัจจุบันเขามีโทษจำคุกรวมกันเป็น 26 ปี 37 เดือน 20 วัน หรือประมาณ 29 ปี 1 เดือนเศษ แล้ว

ตลอดระยะเวลาที่อานนท์ถูกคุมขังอยู่ในเรือนจำ อานนท์มีนัดหมายออกศาลหลายต่อหลายครั้งเพื่อมาทำหน้าที่ทั้งทนายความและจำเลยในคดีจากการแสดงออกและแสดงความคิดเห็นทางการเมือง ทั้งในคดีมาตรา 112 และคดีอื่น ๆ

อานนท์ได้ฝากข้อความออกมาเกี่ยวกับกรณีการพิจารณาคดีในกระบวนการยุติธรรมของเขา ที่บางครั้งก็ถูกสั่งให้เป็นการพิจารณาคดีลับ หรือบางครั้งก็ถูกสั่งไม่ให้เผยแพร่เหตุการณ์ในห้องพิจารณาคดี อานนท์ได้ฝากข้อความที่มีเนื้อหาสาระสำคัญว่า ตัวของเขาเองจะเป็นบทบันทึกเรื่องราวภาพสะท้อนปัญหาของกระบวนการยุติธรรมในคดีมาตรา 112 และให้ผู้คนในกระบวนการยุติธรรมได้ฉุกคิดและเห็นปัญหาดังกล่าวนี้ด้วยเช่นกัน
