@primo21_@blackhawkbuck01@AllFutbolMX They weren't dominated, Mexico kept possession, but they weren't doing anything with it. You can't dominate a team just passing it about.
@primo21_@blackhawkbuck01@AllFutbolMX Well, mostly agree, but they only really played defensively after the red card, hence 2 goals and winning a penalty.
@primo21_@blackhawkbuck01@AllFutbolMX It was reckless but not malicious, his boot rode up over the ball. It's a red card, fair enough, but Mexico failed to capitalize on that. England did what every team would do in that position and protect a lead with 10 men. Without the red card England would likely have won.
@Richardchriso78@letsgowto It's obviously not above board, he's given about 5 different reasons for getting it. Who gets 5 million quid and isn't 100% certain why they got it.
@mitrebarnet Starmer's not forcing pubs to stay open. It will be up to the landlord to work out if they can resource the extra hours
The Gov should just have done this quietly, not like they have somehow saved the day and you should stop trying to turn it into some sort of controversy.
@GoodwinMJ Is that "ever", or the first year, 5 years, up until they are accepted?
I think some contextual numbers would be helpful.
Also, what is the 18,700 figure made up of?
@MaroonAlley@Markkhorgan@KyleMau "Europeans visiting the USA for the world cup" might be a numerous sample, but it's also pretty niche and not representative of all of Europe
@martynw69278154@SteveSm25709936@Frankie_1643 Probably safe to assume that almost every penny he spends is a depreciating asset / expense of those companies, there by lowering his corporation tax and minimising living expenses too.
Simplify the tax system.
@petetho05730914@ViolaAppleton6@LabourBerry Maybe it was exciting because it was 2 15 minute sessions per week rather than one 30 minute session, and only the last year was televised. Blair brought in the 30 minute change
@ZBelair711@JensenVero64278@FinalWrangler The numbers of deaths from heat in the US Vs Europe are pretty comparable. The WHO data is also from a model that extrapolated out deaths from worldwide estimates rather than records.
Of course, 5 minutes googling would have sorted this out for you.
@ZBelair711@JensenVero64278@FinalWrangler Simple, most heat related deaths are old people we have more oldies in Europe. You have fewer because they already got shot or couldn't afford medical care. π
Also, you misunderstood what the WHO figures represent, WHO European region also covers a large amount of central Asia
@ColinKolni@jayIFA@robwxperia You weren't taxed on the pension contributions, so it's not been taxed and if you only have the state pension it will be a tiny amount of tax paid.
If you hadn't worked, you might have got pension credits, but you would also have had less money at that time to live on.
