Hello @Uber_Support it is so surprising to not able to search for a toll free no. or even an email address to raise queries.
Yes you have in app inbuilt function, but it never has the options you need help with.

@Niva_Bupa After submitting all documents agoan it's rejected. The reps reconfirmed everything is submitted. This is become a joke! Please rethink before anyone takes @Niva_Bupa and we have a renewal due..seriously guys we get constant calls for renewal when you can't get basic things right

people invest in health insurance, and they trust and invest for emergencies. If rejecting claims is a part of something you generally practice, it needs to stop. If aware of a serious illness, they won't keep it until it reaches a stage that is life-threatening @Niva_Bupa
