To be able to make a substantial change occur in your life..

You not only need a vast amount of energy every day, but also set a new direction of your mind + feelings + behaviors.

Your (old) internal dialogue and emotional reaction patterns will act as the primary block, anti-force against this. Which will impact behaviour, thus reality stays the same.

Today's people have it extra harder: You not only battle with your own nervous system and mind, but also the collective nervous system and minds = social media and other content.

Algorithms learn who you really are (the old you) VERY well and will act from all angles to put you in a repetitive, hard-to-break trance - now it's even HARDER to get out of it. Even if you're out of your mind & body for some time, the moment you come in contact with the digital/content realm & its inputs, you're slowly or even sometimes instantly back in the old set path.

Good thing is, correctly organized content realm can aid your path of ascension, albeit very hard to pull off. Or you could just remove it, which is probably harder for most on a longer time horizon.

This text could be summarized in "your inputs determine your life" or something, but it doesn't do it justice. This is gravely serious.

Be aware of which external collective hiveminds you're connecting your nervous system to. It will literally determine who you end up as.
