Had a great conversation with SpaceLogistics President Robert Hauge about how satellite servicing unlocks new economics for geo, his vision for in space assembly and manufacturing, and leadership lessons he learned from working at Disney World. https://t.co/scD8J9yj1P
Listen to "Atomos Space CEO Vanessa Clark and COO William Kowalski" by Multiplanetary Society for our discussion on the future of the space economy, nuclear electric propulsion, and how startups can beat big aerospace. @AtomosSpace https://t.co/8TDRNRtNYD
Great interview with Breakthrough Initiatives Executive Director Dr Pete Worden on how we can travel to other stars and find intelligent life. @brkthroughprize@worden https://t.co/IOxZST3yBS
Listen to UN Office for Outer Space Affairs Former Director+SDA Bocconi's Space Economy Evolution Lab Director Simonetta Di Pippo interview byMultiplanetary Society. We cover space sovereignty, war, and becoming multiplanetary. @SDiPippo_OOSA@sdabocconi https://t.co/iqqigGa9lu
Landing on the moon is back on for Artemis 4! Also exciting to see Lockheed Martin consider using nuclear thermal propulsion for it's lander architecture. NTP will be needed for regular travel to Mars.

Exciting to see #India getting more involved in the commercial space sector with this @OneWeb launch. When there is more choice, everyone wins. India also has a good track record of frugal innovation driving down costs. @NSIL_India@SpaceNews_Inc https://t.co/zqCE8M210s
Chinese academics view cislunar space as a $10 trillion dollar a year economic zone according to this @SpaceNews_Inc articles. If this is accurate, are we currently underinvesting in lunar and cislunar activities? https://t.co/s67nW48cRK
Private investment in the space economy is declining despite space playing a bigger role in the overall economy according to a new report. Not surprising given macro environment but remote sensing is well poised for a comeback. @TechCrunch

This list of possible Chinese deep space missions is a reminder that there are a variety of countries and cultures envisioning how to get to a multiplanetary future. Do they look at what the US/Europe are doing to prioritize or vice versa? @SpaceNews_Inc https://t.co/AdLo00L2qR
Great to see #SpaceTourism getting closer to landing on a celestial body. Hopefully broad and responsible access to the moon will happen within a decade. It starts with the rich but will need to be democratized to realize it's full potential. @SciGuySpace

This just in: The #DARTmission impact is confirmed to have changed the orbit of moonlet Dimorphos around its asteroid Didymos.
For the first time ever, humans changed the motion of a celestial object. More details: https://t.co/aQj8N7fnuV
@arstechnica Rocket report is one of my favorite sources of news on space topics. Interesting coverage of SpaceX as the only bidder for many NASA science missions. Will more competition be coming soon? @SciGuySpace

Exciting to see another buttery smooth launch of Crew Dragon. This one is special because it shows that even during conflict on earth Russia and the US continue to collaborate in space. Also exciting research on heart health in space needed4 #multipanetary

NASA's @SpaceX#Crew5 lifted off on Oct. 5 at noon ET (1600 UTC) on a six-month mission to carry out @ISS_Research, including a study on heart health and human tissue printing: https://t.co/6t7qBeX782
The author does go on to note that "That doesn’t mean we should pursue space settlement now." However, this assumes that we will always have the option to pursue #SpaceSettlement. The book's chapters on civilizational collapse would argue for pursuing this now.
"If future people will be sufficiently well-off, then a civilisation that is twice as long or twice as large is twice as good. The practical upshot of this is a moral case for space settlement." More people should be talking about this! @willmacaskill#SpaceSettlement
NYTimes bestseller What We Owe the Future makes a strong moral case for space settlement. Why is no one talking about this? I never hear @willmacaskill talk about this in interviews nor interviewers ask him about it. #SpaceSettlement
Congratulations to @Firefly_Space for joining the orbital club with their most recent launch! When there are more options for bringing mass to orbit and beyond, we all win.
Exciting to see @NASA update its space exploration objectives! When are we going to make having a sustained human presence on Mars an explicit goal? #MultiPlanetary
