We will be making our own placards, playing with a digital game and exploring some of the parallels between political campaigning today and a century ago. It's free and family friendly - see you there?

Britain welcomed me kindly but #ukrainians and the UK's proud humanitarian tradition are now being betrayed. A cynic might suggest the barriers put in the way of desperate Ukrainians fleeing war for the UK are there "pour encourager les autres"

The @BCRbirmingham A38 cycle track is open and it’s amazing. It enabled me and my daughter to ride safely, happily and directly to the city centre for the first time. It’s not perfect and will take motorists time to adapt but feels like a big moment for the city
Feeling v proud - been a long time coming, but today we officially opened 2 new @BCRbirmingham cycle routes and people enjoyed them @letsrideuk#Birmingham.
This doesn’t just happen. Lots of time, effort & resource has gone into it and there are lots of people responsible. [1/2]
Imagine the difference some good quality cycling infrastructure could make along the A435 from the Maypole to town. Could remove so many unnecessary private vehicles from our roads. #fightingforair
