Gave my loud and bolshy year 10s a points competition this week: gain points for contributing, working hard and being helpful; lose points for talking, being silly, etc. (As well as using the behaviour system). It’s working a treat - more people getting involved and enthused!😁💪

@kachaplin147 I’m in my NQT year and don’t have a y11 class so don’t worry. As long as you have some KS4 then all is good. You can always observe y11 in your frees anyway. ☺️
