Conscious training shows up in subconscious movement🧵
What does that mean you may ask?
Well when you train in the gym you teach your body how to produce & absorb force in the positions of the given exercise
This will then translate into the movements you do without thought
🧵
Weightlifting & in pain?
I bet.
Here's a thread that explains WHY you're :
- a bench warmer for activities with friends / family because your knees feel like they will crumble any moment now
- you're playing... in pain & aware that something might give out

At 14 years old,
I had what I call "extra cheech" around my body, a lil chubby kid
Wasn't feeling that look, you know how I lost weight?
Jumping on a mini trampoline for 2+ hours everyday while watching Tv

Sprints are the kingpin of exercise
Cutting through space with speed
Every muscle is firing up as it should
The primal mental head space, the tunnel vision when sprinting is crazy
Random thought of the morning
Insanity is doing the same thing over & over again expecting the same result...
You're lifting to get out of pain because of weightlifting.
Figure that out.
@mar_st98 Traditional squat stance :
Wide stance
Feet point out
Knees pushout
I squat :
Feet just outside hips, point inwards abit
Knees stacked under hips
Knees pointing straight
Creating tension on down phase
I squeeze my adductors / hip flexor muscles to pull myself into the squat
The Squat
In just 3min, learn how to PULL yourself into your squats by building TENSION through INTENTION
This will guarantee blow your glutes & legs up🔥
Any questions can be asked in the comment section or in my DMs
@mar_st98 Before I drop my list, know that MY goal is to be as athletic as possible, size isn't the goal but is a BYPRODUCT of the training
1) Sprints
2) Uphill Sprints
3) Sled Push
4) Plyometrics (Single leg & double leg jumps)
5) Squats (Single leg & double leg, not traditional squats)
doing this daily made me have a consistent bathroom routine which was a big factor of my weight loss journey
and that's my rant off the dome
if you made it this far & liked this type of thread, RT & I'll do more of these!
