@AmericanAir I can't DM you if you don't follow me. Short version. I called to switch to earlier flight. Was told we were all set and had 2 seats together. All the agent did was change our seats. Now flight is sold out. I asked for upgrade and was we don't do that.
@AmericanAir they called me back. No satisfaction on my end for an error on your end. @jetblue would never treat a #mosaic customer as your team did. Makes me want to go back to @southwest for my travel. #loyalty
@JetBlue very disappointed in your partner airline (AA). I know all flights are not reciprocal yet, if you had made the error they did with put flight, you would have made it right #mosaic.
@AmericanAir I waited 2.5 hrs to get a call back to do a flight change. Now I see only the seats were changed. I have another 3 hr wait for call back. #getitright1sttime!
@sixthreezero_ just checking to see if you are still in business. Ordered a bike, paid for it, recieved shipping confirmation but tracking number shows bike hasn't left your shop. No phone, no email response. Do I file a fraud complaint?

@enterprisecares hard to DM when you don't follow me. I received a car this morning. Horrible communication from Enterprise. If I didn't call, I probably still wouldn't have been contacted.
AAA shows up to, says bad alternator. 250 miles from home and the best @enterprise can do is tell me to call at 8am to get a car. Great customer service - not.
