What is the largest fixed monthly expense any household has? Housing and utilities. Are those costs affected by increased min. wage. No. Minimum wage workers come out on top.

@BigBluBlogger @geoffreyvs Plus Trump was massively over-performing compared to 2016 almost everywhere in PA until they started counting absentees. I think that's a solid indicator that absentees skew Dem even more than we assumed.

@politico The PA legislature guaranteed "free & equal" elections in the state constitution. State Supreme Court has right to interpret constitutionality of laws. Military/overseas votes are counted after Nov. 3, so it's unconstitutional to treat other absentee ballots differently.
