@tannerdripjobs Just had a super similar thing with a guy and out $1,385. I am still a big fan of his and hope he does well (even though he wonโt acknowledge my texts checking in on him).
@MccheeseMecha@schober222 I use 8 oz (give or take) of almond milk and 2 scoops vanilla whey. Put in shaker bottle and shake. Then pour in the creami container. Toss in fruit of choice (frozen or fresh). Freeze overnight.
@blueprintsmb22 Truth. I got one that constantly needs an โadvanceโ for something new every pay period (car, child support, you name it). Owes meโฆ(checks notes) 6 months of wages at this point. Them gets pissed when I tell him Iโm cutting off the advances and blows off our highest paying client
@brianbeers Would love to know how you structure performance incentives. I struggle with this one a lot and have a new potentially high performer I would like to make sure is set up to win when the biz wins
@DeanTTraining I have been loving the two set method you push for a while now. I am also a big fan of Doggcrap training. Methods that donโt require 18 sets and 50+ reps per muscle group treat my body so much better
