Beware of people trying to scam in the name of anonymous. We do not ask for donations, we do not give financial advice, we don't have any crypto coins.
But most of all,
We do not forgive
We do not forget
@zuzanapaukova35 @MyHomeMoveHelp Your conveyancer does not rely on the app to do their job, true you cannot access what they upload for you to sign etc but they will use the postal service if it is absolutely necessary, the app is primarily for conveyancers to interact with their clients.
@FoxScully @MyHomeMoveHelp Ditto, same here. Except we are completing Friday and because they couldn't exchange on our purchase at the same time we have until our airbnb runs out on the 10th Dec to at least exchange, sellers threatening to pull out, We are f*&%*d if that happens.
@Stop_Trump20 My first thought would be how the hell did I get up here, my first move would be go back to bed and hope I come back down to earth when I wake up.
@nicnac30 @MyHomeMoveHelp @PremPropLawyers@CLConveyancers Not exactly what we want to hear but every positive is better than hearing nothing at all has changed.
@sakhr201@nicnac30 @MyHomeMoveHelp I get where you are coming from, I had the same slow journey, felt like I was always chasing them even before the systems were compromised but who knew, today I got a call to say that we are going to exchange on Friday, so they are definitely able to access some of their files.
@sakhr201@nicnac30 @MyHomeMoveHelp I'm not saying you're wrong I think they have put people in an absolute awful situation and we all have to do what is right for us. Some people will take the risk and some won't. Neither choice is better or worse than the other.
@sakhr201@nicnac30 @MyHomeMoveHelp Yes I agree forewarned is forearmed but there is no guarantee that 2 - 4 weeks is achievable, I have spoken to a few solicitors and not one has said they could get it done that quickly. Maybe you were lucky.
@sakhr201@nicnac30 @MyHomeMoveHelp If you move to another solicitor they can't use the enquiries that MHM have asked for as buyer or received as seller. The new solicitor will have to start again as though there were no enquiries. That'll take more than 2-4 weeks.
@TheEllisScott@CLConveyancers@PremPropLawyers I am fuming, DC Law were a nightmare before this happened, this is not going to make them any better. I've decided the only way forward is to speak to a proper solicitor tomorrow. See what my options are. Good luck Ellie 🥲
