KUALA LUMPUR - DAP membantah peningkatan pegangan ekuiti bumiputera kepada 50 peratus bagi pelupusan hartanah bernilai melebihi RM20 juta oleh syarikat berkaitan kerajaan (GLC) dan syarikat pelaburan berkaitan kerajaan (GLIC)

Penasihat DAP, Lim Guan Eng berkata, Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim perlu meneliti semula Garis Panduan Pemerolehan Hartanah (PAG) baharu tersebut dan mengembalikannya kepada kadar asal 30 peratus.

"Dasar dalam PAG ini telah dilaksanakan dan dikuatkuasakan oleh kerajaan terdahulu tanpa semakan. Peningkatan pegangan ekuiti bumiputera daripada 30 peratus kepada 50 peratus oleh kerajaan semasa menimbulkan rasa kecewa dalam kalangan penyokong asas Pakatan Harapan (PH)

"Mencetuskan kebimbangan bahawa kerajaan ini mungkin melakukan perkara sama terhadap instrumen dasar dan pengaturan pentadbiran lain," katanya dalam satu kenyataan di media sosial hari ini.

Terdahulu, Guan Eng berkata, memupuk perpaduan nasional, kestabilan dan keharmonian merupakan asas pendirian PH untuk mengekalkan status quo kuota etnik 30 peratus dalam dasar kerajaan dan dasar awam.

Ujar beliau, dalam kerangka itu, PH berusaha menyediakan peluang yang sama rata kepada semua rakyat Malaysia.

Bagaimanapun, katanya, kerangka baharu Garis Panduan PAG berkuat kuasa 18 November 2025 mengecewakan dan bercanggah dengan pendekatan PH yang mengekalkan status quo.

"PAG terpakai bagi pelupusan hartanah bernilai melebihi RM20 juta oleh GLC dan GLIC, di mana syarikat pembeli mesti mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 50 peratus pegangan ekuiti bumiputera, meningkat daripada kadar sebelumnya iaitu 30 peratus," katanya. - MYNEWSHUB
