@kcxlt@StingUpdates What developmental benefit would this rule have on young men trying to make hockey a career? You must play for a coach who might not fit your style in a city (country even) they arent comfortable in... seems like a great way to keep A+ talent out of your league
@midspiritfan Honestly I wouldnt sign in Flint either until there was a ownership/management change. Same goes for Niagara. League needs to step in and make sure ownership is up to snuff
2023 #OHL Awards Ceremony 🏆:
Earning the Emms Family Award as the League's Top First-Year Player, the OHL's lone 2007-born talent Michael Misa thanks those who contributed to his successful rookie campaign with @SpiritHockey.
Just a pair of iconic rookies.
Cole Perfetti delivers the Emms Family Award to Michael Misa as the @OHLHockey Top First-Year Player.

Billy this is Matvei Michkov. He's the best player from his country since Ovi/Malkin and has outplayed Bedard at international events. His defect is that GMs don't understand that waiting 3 years for a Russian is the same as waiting 3 years for a North American that isn't as good
Imagine scoring at a 1.24 ppg rate as a 15 year old, a clip higher than Connor McDavid at the same age, being a positive +/- player, and losing rookie of the year to a player a year older who didnt even score at a point per game pace. Misa somehow flies under the radar
@German_Spitfire@scottcwheeler Misa scored only 6 less points while playing 20 fewer games, was a positive +/- player, almost a full year younger. 1.24 PPG (Maase didnt even reach a ppg) as a 15 year old, better than McDavid. Easily should have won ROTY
